Cancellation Policy

All appointments require prepayment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 48-hour window or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full session price. Clients with a history of repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be declined future bookings. By securing an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
